How much will it cost?

For a standard single backflow test, we will charge $100 for the test plus a $14.95 submission fee that is charged by Killeen for a total of $114.95.

Do I need to be there?

No! Unless your device is behind a locked gate or otherwise not easily accessible by our testers, you do not need to be present for the tests.

Do I have to send the test results to Killeen myself?

No! We will handle the test submission for you - that’s what the $14.95 submission fee is for.

How long will the test take?

If your device is in good condition and passes the test without issue, we will be at your property for less than 30 minutes!

What happens if my device fails the test?

We can typically repair your device on the spot with parts we carry on the van. There is a $250 + materials cost associated with this and we will check in with you prior to performing the repair given the higher cost.

How do I pay you?

Once the work is complete, you will receive an invoice via email and text with a link to pay via credit card or ACH.

What happens next year?

Once we’ve tested your property once, we’ll start proactively scheduling your testing each year so that you never have to worry about compliance again.
